About the campgrounds: Among the campground loops on Lake Selmac, these two tent areas occupy a plateau of firs, pines, and madrones. Some sites offer parking above the lake with a table right on the shore. You can see rolling, wooded hills across the lake. Fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking occupy campers. Watch for ospreys, swans, and coots. A grassy spit at each of the camps gives shore anglers a casting edge.
